**_Are you an experienced Customer Service Consultant superstar looking to take the next step in your career? This role is for you_**

**The role**:

- Support the Contact Centre teams in identifying areas to improve members’ experience and add value to conversations within a compliant environment.
- Make outbound calls to existing members to provide general advice and deepen the member experience.
- Drive internal/external referral opportunities to assess members’ needs.
- Support members with **finance advice** needs and managing members’ enquiries.
- Qualification **RG146** - Financial Services and Financial Planning
- Strong knowledge of the interpretation of the provisions of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Legislation.
- Excellent and professional customer service skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
