**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure deadlines and service standards are met.
- Provide high level customer service to new and existing members.
- Data entry and general account maintenance
- Assist with any ad hoc admin tasks.

**Skills and experience**:

- Prior Wealth Management industry experience preferable, however those with strong customer service/admin skills will also be considered.
- Excellent phone manner and great communication skills
- Professional and friendly approach
- Postice attitude and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
