In this role, you will ideate, plan and execute end-to-end integrated B2C campaigns to grow awareness of Flare amongst employees and direct consumers, plus generate product interest for our novated leasing offering, Flare Cars. This role will play a pivotal role in conceiving and owning a campaign calendar and deploying initiatives throughout our networks of users.

**How you'll make an impact**:

- Ideating, planning and deploying creative, compelling marketing campaigns across the Flare network and external channels
- Build and own a seasonal campaign calendar of initiatives, and work with Flare channel owners to develop enablement materials and align on key initiatives
- Manage end-to-end multichannel campaigns, including crafting messaging/creative and help define product positioning
- Set and track campaign goals and deliverability against targets

**What we're looking for**:

- 7+ years of experience in campaign or brand marketing, with a proven track record driving measurable results within a high-growth business or startup
- Significant copywriting experience, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for crafting compelling messaging that resonates and drives users to take action
- Highly proficient in measuring campaign performance, and understanding the drivers and indicators of success
- Proven experience working with external agency partners or in-house design teams to bring campaigns to life, from ideation and briefing to execution
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and help the marketing team prioritise high-impact activity
- Experience in B2B/B2B2C/B2C or two-sided marketplace businesses is highly advantageous
