In this role you will be part of our Operations National Kit Planning team, responsible for planning, developing, governing and measuring the loan and consignment kits. This role will focus on the management of the kit lifecycle activities.

**We’re looking for someone who can**:

- Build deep partnerships with internal and external customers through consistent customer experiences, transparency of service and innovative ideas to collaborate.

- Be an active contributor in building an environment of trust, empowerment, accountability, enjoyment and success within the team.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- All activities in the National Loan Kit team, including:

- o Coordinating Loan and Consignment Kit from build to obsolescence
- o Kit spare parts and instrument management
- o Liaison with internal teams on loan and consignment kit lifecycle
- o Stocktake and inventory and quality and regulatory recalls.
- Building quality relationships with both internal teams - product management, sales and operations and external teams - Logistics providers.
- Delivering high-quality work that improves the customer experience and service transparency.

**And to be successful we think you’ll need**:

- Experience in warehousing preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Qualifications in warehousing, distribution or logistics is highly regarded.
- Experience using ERP and inventory software (SAP preferred).
- Understanding of inventory systems and kit and consignment processes.
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to be adaptable and handle pressure in an environment driven by deadlines.
