The Mental Health & Social Support Coordinator will be required to develop, implement, coordinate and evaluate a program within the Legal Services Commission (Legal Services) to support the delivery of legal assistance services to people with mental health conditions, and to support the delivery of outreach services to metropolitan and regional South Australia through the provision of education and advice services to clients with mental health conditions.

The Mental Health & Social Support Coordinator will work collaboratively with other leaders and managers within Legal Services, and under limited clinical supervision, to coordinate the social support services provided by allied health professionals employed within Legal Services across a range of programs, and to provide support and professional supervision to those staff.

**Salary Range**

$101,124 - $108,467 p.a (AHP3)

**Position Status**

Full time (1.0FTE) temporary until 30 June 2025

**What You Need For Success**
- Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
- Supervisors have a minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience relevant to the field of practice of the supervisee and bring a range of skills to assist others in their learning.
- Demonstrated high level competency and extensive knowledge in working with clients with mental health conditions or affected by mental health issues.
- Knowledge of social and emotional issues experienced by clients and their children in family law parenting matters.
