**Mission**:
A Tender Manager plays a pivotal role in the Company by leading the tendering process from initiation to submission. This role involves coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and crafting compelling proposals that align with the organisation's objectives. The Tender Manager is responsible for driving efficiency, accuracy, and excellence throughout the tendering process.

**Main responsibilities**:
1. Initiate and lead the tendering process in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

2. Analyse tender documents thoroughly to understand requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.

3. Develop a comprehensive tender timeline and allocate responsibilities to internal teams accordingly.

4. Liaise with cross-functional teams such as legal, finance, and operations to gather required information for tender submissions.

5. Facilitate meetings to discuss tender strategy, content, and pricing.

6. Ensure effective communication channels are established to address queries and concerns throughout the tender process.

7. Ensure all tender submissions comply with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.

8. Conduct reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with tender requirements.

9. Implement quality assurance measures to enhance the overall quality of tender submissions.

10. Lead the development of compelling proposals that highlight the organization's strengths, capabilities, and value proposition.

12. Craft persuasive narratives and compelling visuals to enhance the overall impact of tender submissions.

13. Cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and procurement officials.

14. Participate in pre-tender meetings, site visits, and negotiations to gather insights and address concerns proactively.

15. Represent the organization professionally during tender presentations and discussions.

16. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the tendering process based on feedback and lessons learned.

17. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to tender management.

18. Complying with and promoting the Trevi Group’s Code of Ethics, procedures, and safety standards, in compliance with current legislation.

**Main requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. Proven experience in tender management, proposal development, or a related field.

3. Strong understanding of tendering processes, regulations, and best practices.

4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and tender management software.

7. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

**Salary**: $67,797.51 - $167,759.70 per year
