We have an exciting and exceptional opportunity for a** Business Performance Manager** to lead the shared services support team focused on quality, profitable program delivery and performance visibility to drive client satisfaction and engagement. This is a key role to help shape and build a small but critical team.

- **What you’ll be doing**
- Overseeing program quality across key design & delivery milestones with client acceptance functions
- Developing and owning field / subcontractor training materials to achieve acceptance (including internal workflow system inputting and reporting)
- Developing and producing client-facing reporting to provide greater insights into programs and differentiate Ventia as a Delivery Partner
- Single point-of-contact for governance of all Wireless subcontractors
- Facilitating subcontractor training according to client requirements (working closely with quality team)
- Providing regular material consumption reporting to key stakeholders
- Ensuring material consumption is accurately entered into the relevant internal and client systems
- Leading special initiatives to optimise Business Unit performance
- Complying with our Risk Management, Quality and Health, Safety and Environment management systems, including statutory obligations
- Building a strong high performing team, aligned to our purpose and enterprise strategic objectives
**About you**
- Your qualifications in business, engineering or similar accompanied with extensive experience working within the Telecommunications or Infrastructure industry, an advantage.- Ideally you will have the following competencies:_
- Project Management (e.g. having managed complex programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams)
- Performance Reporting & Insights (e.g. measuring business health from key data indicators
- Stakeholder management / Client engagement
- Business / Commercial acumen (e.g. exposure or oversight of commercial metrics and measures to identify the drivers of performance (or underperformance)
- End-to-end program ownership, e.g. responsibility for program/project success as the leader Knowledge of quality assurance processes, environmental standards, processes and practices and safe work systems- Additionally, you have 5 years of recommended experience in the following_:
- Complex program management
- Telco program delivery
- Business improvement
- Project delivery
- Third party management
- PMO / Consulting
