Thomas Hassall Anglican College is a vibrant P-12 independent College located with close

The College is seeking to employ a Marketing Officer (Graphic Design) to help implement the
programs and initiatives of the marketing and community relations office which include, but
are not limited to advertising campaigns, parent groups, event management, alumni and
fundraising. It is a position of responsibility involving the overseeing of the promotion and
communications of the College both internally and externally.

**Key Selection Criteria**
the successful applicant for the above position must be able to provide evidence to support the
following criteria:

- Strong personal Christian faith and be a regular and practising member of a Bible-based

Christian Church.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Sound oral and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- High level administrative skills (Microsoft Office)
- High level experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven accuracy and ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A flexible and service orientated approach
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to cope with change and fast paced environment
- Experience or interest in analytics and electronic CRM
- Demonstrates initiative

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A degree or equivalent industry experience in marketing, communications,
- graphic design, event management or customer service role- Proven experience in highly professional administrative capacity
- Experience in not-for-profit, education or service industry preferred
- Knowledge of web content maintenance and social media management is desirable

**Marketing Officer (Graphic Design)**

**Primary Purpose**:
The Marketing Officer (Graphic Design) will deliver high quality, customer focused support to
help implement the programs and initiatives of the marketing and community relations office
which include, but are not limited to advertising campaigns, parent groups, event
management, alumni and fundraising. It is a position of responsibility involving the overseeing
of the promotion and communications of the College both internally and externally.

The Marketing Officer (Graphic Design) will work throughout term time and school holiday
periods, on a full time basis.

**Major Responsibilities**
With the supervision of the Marketing and Community Relations Manager, and within the
Marketing and Community Relations Team, work in collaboration with the team as follows:

- Edit & create collateral using Adobe Creative Suite Photo editing and graphic design
- Editing and creation of videos
- Assist to implement comprehensive communications strategy including marketing, public
- relations and advertising campaigns- General administrative and data entry
- Website maintenance & Social media
