Step into a pivotal role within the International Customer Value Proposition team, where your autonomy takes centre stage. Your expertise will drive the entire lifecycle of Bupa Australia Overseas Visitors Health Insurance offerings (corporate and retail), from concept to execution, ensuring optimal performance and customer value.

Partnering closely with our International Partnerships teams, you'll be the driving force behind creating an unparalleled product and proposition for international customers. This role places you at the heart of revolutionizing the market, shaping end-to-end customer experiences that perfectly align with our business objectives. **Seniority**

**Responsibilities**
- Hypothesis Development - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
