**About the role at Vial**

As an Product Manager (PM) Intern at Vial, you will work with our Engineering, Design and Strategy teams to help build products to reimagine clinical trials. You will be working with a nimble team to build products that will have real impact on improving clinical trials. You will lead engineering and design teams on building the AWS of Life Sciences - empowering biotech to scale biology like software.

**Seniority**

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- Requirements Gathering - Collect and understand desired specifications of a deliverable or project, and stakeholder requirements.
- Customer Journey Insight Development - Understand a brand’s customers and their journey throughout touch points and processes, to drive strategy for positive customer experience

- Critical thinking - Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
