Our Buderim campus is located in the heart of Buderim Village on a peaceful one-acre property with views to the ocean and the mountains, centred around the original colonial homestead and seven studios.

**About the role**

We are currently seeking a Campus Administration Assistant to join the team at our Buderim Campus. This role will see you providing administrative and office management support for the campus and Campus Director, along with exceptional customer service to our families.

The role is a fixed term maternity cover position starting in mid of February.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Director's diary, including organising and scheduling all parent and team member meetings
- Reception duties including answering and transferring calls
- Maintaining the Campus record keeping policy
- Monthly safety audits
- Record keeping duties including Accident and Illness forms
- Organise team and family events
- Ensuring the children's paper and hard copy of the records are up to date and accurate
- Ensuring team records are up to date and in line with regulations
- Organising campus orientations
- Ordering campus supplies including food, stationery etc.

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum one year administration / office experience
- Completed Cert 3 in Early childhood
- Advocate for early childhood and Only About Children
- Experience in working as a team
- Diary management experience
- Managing multiple tasks
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- High organisational and attention to detail skills
