Your part in Buderim Private Hospital
The Administration Officer will undertake all administrative and reception duties, acting in a professional manner and maintaining the confidentiality, rights, privacy and dignity of patients, colleagues and work-related information.
Key duties will include; assisting with monthly reporting and budgeting, providing advice and managing external vendors to assist with invoices and queries, raising purchase order requests and clerical and administrative support within the department, including filing as required.
What makes a difference for us?
- Previous experience in administration and customer service, preferably within a healthcare environment
- Certificate and/or Business-related qualification - desirable
- Ability to use initiative and flexibility to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
- Experience in the coordination of activities and compliance with policies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP and/or KRONOS is desirable but not essential
