**What you’ll do**:
Over the following 12 months you will:

- Leverage technology to enhance our digital marketing campaigns, optimise customer engagement and drive growth for our clients
- Take ownership of data integrity, measurement and attribution of all campaigns
- Stay updated on the latest trends in marketing technology and make recommendations for new tools and strategies that can improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to improve lead generation, nurture campaigns, and customer retention strategies. Ensure seamless integration of marketing tools with other business systems.
- Leverage CRM automation tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and personalize customer communications, while continuously testing to find opportunities for enhancing audience segments, customer journeys, and personalization strategies.
- Optimize CRM integrations and workflows to support marketing and sales team functions
- Discover and present opportunities to improve campaign performance through data and insights
- Analyse marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to optimise marketing campaigns
- Take ownership of the campaign analysis tools, integrating and measuring data across all digital marketing platforms, leveraging tools such as Supermetrics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc
- Create dashboards that help stakeholders quickly attribute and digest the performance of marketing campaigns

Ongoing:

- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on the performance of client campaigns on a customer engagement and transactional level.
- Improve processes and make recommendations on new platforms and integrations to serve the client
- Make data-driven decisions with a test and learn mindset, a little A/B testing and some multivariate experiments go a long way
- Work with different departments to leverage data and insights to drive better performance
- Support marketing strategy, helping to create new trends not follow them
- Take part in developing the office culture and establishing positive team dynamics
