**The Opportunity**
In this newly created leadership role and working in collaboration with an inspiring Head of Marketing, you will:
- Oversee and lead the management of the customer engagement strategy, building personas that resonate with your target audiences and reflect brand messaging.
- Lead and drive the lifecycle marketing strategy.
- Develop marketing strategies, comms plans and member journeys designed to improve engagement, drive key messages and desired outcomes.
- Lead and project manage the design and content creation for a website refresh.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to facilitate acquisition and retention of target customers.
- Work in conjunction with the Analytics Manager to foster a data driven, test and learn culture.
- Support Relationship Managers to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop and implement a customer advocacy program to drive engagement with the brand.
- Ensure the customer journey, across all touchpoints, resonates with end customers and drives optimal customer experiences.
- Build engagement and loyalty with prospective customers through evens, seminars and worskshops.
- Be a brand champion, driving continuous improvement and proactively looking for opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Work alongside a cohesive team to ensure excellence in campaign implementation using evaluation, reporting & ongoing optimisation.
**About You**
With a creative and analytical mindset, you are on the hunt for a career role in a values based organisation that has the customer front and centre of everything they do. With a strong B2C financial services marketing background, you are looking for a leadership role, where you can nurture and mentor a team and help them grow their skills. You bring:
- CRM, direct marketing and digital expertise.
- Solid end-to-end marketing campaign management experience and a proven track record of results.
- Excellent grasp of CX principles and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong brief writing skills, specifically geared towards an insight-driven approach.
- Commercial acumen and experience in managing marketing effectiveness.
- Stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Understanding of research with skills to interpret data findings and implement insights.
- Experience in managing automated campaigns using Marketo.
