**POSITION**: eCommerce Warehouse Assistant

**LOCATION**: Chullora, NSW

**POSITION TYPE**: Full-Time

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Picking and packing of online customer orders.
- Manifesting orders and creating shipping labels.
- Processing online returns and assisting with customer service.
- Receiving in new stock and assisting with stock replenishments.
- Monitoring stock discrepancies and assisting with stocktake.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment.
- Training for all software used on the job, but solid computer skills are a must.
- No forklift licence required.

**KEY SKILLS**:

- Acute attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- A positive “can-do” attitude.
- Confident at troubleshooting and takes initiative.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
