Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for a permanent role located in Greenacre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • High Reach forklift operation up to 5 racks high
  • Counter Balance forklift loading and unloading of trucks and containers
  • Transporting palletised stock throughout the warehouse and to the Manufacturing and production lines
  • Receiving and Despatch work, including receiving goods and marking stock off per delivery sheets and despatching goods and marking stock off for delivery per customer invoices
  • Unpacking goods and allocating into racking
  • Pick packing of customer orders
  • Internal stock deliveries to the warehouse and manufacturing departments
  • Assisting in assembling of products when required
  • Stock take and inventory counts
  • Quality assurance checks of products before being despatched to customers
  • Data entry of ingoing and outgoing goods and matching to customer paperwork both internally and externally
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • 2+ years High reach and Counter Balance forklift operating experience
  • Receiving and Despatch
  • Pick packing and Palletising stock
  • Computer knowledge for data entry of stock amounts and customer invoices such as SAP or relevant WMS systems
  • Shrink wrapping (Both manual and machine operated)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent WHS knowledge
