We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administration Officer to join our team at PFD Food Services. As a key member of our transport team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leaders and ensuring the smooth operation of our transport services.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our transport team leaders, including data entry, report preparation, and general office tasks.
- Customer Service: Process customer orders and inquiries, follow up on issues, and communicate with customers regarding credits for warehouse, transport, and customer returns.
- Transport Coordination: Assist with the coordination of transport services, including advising Food Service Delivery Drivers of specific customer requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to ensure the efficient operation of our transport services.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Technical Skills: Have excellent computer skills and be proficient in using software applications relevant to the role.
- Initiative and Adaptability: Be willing to take on varied or new tasks within the office and demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
