Job Title: Storeperson

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Storeperson for a permanent role in a dynamic warehouse environment. This is a day shift, Monday to Friday position with a competitive salary of up to $70,000 dependent on experience.

About the Role:

  • High Reach Forklift Operation: Safely operate high reach forklifts up to 5 racks high to retrieve and store inventory.
  • Counter Balance Forklift Operation: Load and unload trucks and containers using counter balance forklifts.
  • Inventory Management: Transport palletized stock throughout the warehouse and to manufacturing and production lines.
  • Receiving and Despatch: Receive goods, mark stock off per delivery sheets, and despatch goods, marking stock off for delivery per customer invoices.
  • Unpacking and Allocation: Unpack goods and allocate them into racking.
  • Pick Packing: Pick and pack customer orders.
  • Internal Stock Deliveries: Deliver stock to the warehouse and manufacturing departments.
  • Assisting in Assembly: Assist in assembling products when required.
  • Stock Take and Inventory Counts: Conduct regular stock takes and inventory counts.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks of products before despatch to customers.
  • Data Entry: Enter data for ingoing and outgoing goods and match to customer paperwork both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role.
  • 2+ years High Reach and Counter Balance Forklift operating experience.
  • Receiving and Despatch experience.
  • Pick packing and Palletising stock experience.
  • Computer knowledge for data entry of stock amounts and customer invoices.
  • Shrink wrapping experience (manual and machine operated).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent WHS knowledge.
