We are looking for a Project Coordinator to play a key role in the governance and running of our projects.
- You will be responsible for all key aspects of the coordination of our maintenance projects, taking a leading hand in delivering and adhering to our project management framework.
- This is a full-time role based in Wollongong and you will report to the RegTech Service Delivery Manager. You will work closely with Services Directors and Project Managers.

**What will your day look like**:

- Assisting the project managers to do project management plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in external stakeholder and internal project meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Monitoring project deadlines to ensure the project stays on track.
- Managing smaller projects.
- Designing and providing management reporting for our Service Delivery Management team, on project and team performance (project profitability, team utilisation etc).
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Assess project risks and issues and suggest solutions where applicable.
- Developing and improving continuous feedback processes.

**What skills will you need**:

- Recent experience as a project coordinator or project manager.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of software implementation projects (vendor side).
- Experience with OpenAir to be desirable or other time sheets systems.
