Customer Success Manager

Audience Republic is an all-in-one CRM & marketing platform for events & venues. Our customers are some of the largest names in the world — including events featuring artists like Taylor Swift, Paul McCartney, Post Malone, Elton John, RUFUS DU SOL, ODESZA, and Flume.
We are a fast growing technology startup in B2B SaaS, and have raised $12m in funding.
**What will you do?**
- Ensure our customers are properly on-boarded and are getting value from our platform
- Regularly interact with our customers to ensure they are using & gaining value from our platform
- Run success plans and business reviews to usage in platform
- Identifying up-sell and cross sell opportunities and delivering against set renewal targets
- Identify and track metrics around user engagement, to ensure we're driving user engagement up over time
- Preemptively identifying customers that are at risk of churn and work on churn save
- Assist customers launching marketing campaigns and ensuring they are using best practices
**You are someone who**
- Has at least 2 years experience in Customer Success for a SaaS company
- Has experience working in a startup environment
- Experience in the music or events industry - would be nice to have but not a must
- Is in Sydney with full working rights
