Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to engage with current and potential members to ensure the Autumn Centre continues its tradition of providing a communal environment for Rockingham’s over 60’s to socialise, pursue personal interests and create supportive networks. Leading a small and incredibly dedicated team of employees (and a much larger team of volunteers), you will spearhead initiatives to increase membership and maximise visitor participation. You have experience in group facilitation and programming, and relish actively engaging the members to cultivate and enhance a social and harmonious environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and public relation skills
- Well-developed management and administrative skills, including above average computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite
- Sound programming and group facilitation skills
- Sound problem solving, prioritising and organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of recreational and social needs for persons aged over 60 years
- Sound consultation and engagement skills
- Strong experience in financial management and control including budget development. Ability to communicate effectively with seniors, people with disabilities and their carers, and volunteers
- ‘C’ class drivers licence.

We are offering a gross salary of **$97,537** per annum and:

- 11% superannuation with the opportunity to co-contribute up to 5%
- A variety of health and wellbeing programmes including a physical health reimbursement subsidy payment of up to $150 per annum, free flu vaccinations, free skin cancer checks, mental health programs and Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) services
- Flexible working arrangements, including rostered days off and two additional paid days of absence per annum
- Training and development opportunities including paid study leave and study fees
- Salary packaging opportunities for motor vehicles.
