We are seeking an experienced Head of Sustainability to lead the progression, design, implementation, and execution of GYG’s sustainability strategy. This pivotal role will drive initiatives across waste management, renewable energy, and animal welfare while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Managing and cultivating relationships with sustainability partners, identifying and seizing new collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiating favorable terms for all sustainability partner agreements.
- Analyzing customer journeys to integrate sustainability initiatives seamlessly while enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Collaborating with operations and design teams to ensure operational efficiency supports sustainable practices effectively.
- Establishing and monitoring comprehensive reporting on sustainable initiatives, working closely with insights teams for data analysis.
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting for internal and external communication.
- Staying abreast of sustainability legislation, ensuring GYG's practices consistently meet or exceed regulatory standards.
