Relationship Manager - Corporate Superannuation

**Your Team**
Your new role is in the Corporate Superannuation team in our Distribution business unit. The team consists of Relationship Managers and Relationship Consultants who manage the ongoing employer, member, and adviser relationships for existing corporate superannuation plans. They are responsible for the retention and development of our employer superannuation relationships, including ongoing member and employer services.
**Your Responsibilities**
You will help grow our fund by increasing the number of members that come through the employers we look after, and increasing the support we offer to retain existing members.
You will achieve this by:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the aim to improve overall growth and engagement across a dedicated panel of employers and advisers.
- Understanding the needs and drivers of all clients across your panel and using these to implement a tailored Client Service Plan
- Supporting CFS growth and retention initiatives and implementing them in a mutually beneficial way for the client and CFS
- Planning and agreeing on the delivery of onsite education and engagement with internal Education and Marketing teams
- Using effective presentation skills and material to educate clients by tailoring your approach to suit their level of knowledge
- Establishing and attending regular policy committee meetings across your designated panel
**Your Capability and Experience**
- Experience in corporate superannuation; sound understanding of current and proposed superannuation legislation, industry trends and superannuation products
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Ability to identify client needs and respond in a timely, professional manner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercial mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership of outcomes
- RG 146 accredited
