St Marys, Australia Professional Psychological Serivces Full time

**Role involves**:

- Scanning, printing and filing
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Data Entry using databases and spreadsheets
- liaison with the practice therapists and referring bodies
- liaison with paying organizations
- taking payments, invoicing and following up on payments.

**Experience Needed**:
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in using Xero Software and Spreadsheets as well as accounts payable and receivable, however, training will also be provided.

**Important Points**:

- It is preferred if applicant has their own private transportation
- Applications will be responsible to open /close the practice on some working days
- Position needs to be filled urgently.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
