**How will I help?**

Reporting to the Portfolio Director (Strategic Program), the PMO Analyst will support the Platform Enhancements program which part of the broader Platforms, Investments and Operations (PIO) Strategic Portfolio. You will provide high quality coordination, communication, governance, reporting and information management & administrative support to the Portfolio Director, PMO Manager and the wider PMO team.

You will also be involved in:

- Project coordination such as Program/Project communications support, including organising workshops, induction sessions, training sessions, onboarding sessions, and development of presentation documents. Develop and maintain the program calendar.
- Support with project governance such as assisting in maintaining all portfolio/program processes and guidelines, assisting the PMO and Quality Managers in meetings with Project Managers to ensure that documents are being generated and signed-off as per the Deliverables List and documenting processes required by the PMO.
- Assist the PMO and Quality Managers in maintaining/improving the accuracy, timeliness and quality of reporting across the program.
- Support the development of monthly reporting and Steering Committee packs.
- Assist the PMO Manager in chasing progress updates on action items.
- Ensure all final versions of key documents are captured and stored appropriately on the relevant Intranet/ SharePoint site.
- Maintain all of the key control registers for program including issues, risks, dependencies, key decisions, assumptions and change.
- Manages requisitions & invoice approvals/payments.
- Manage document control procedures, in conjunction with the PMO Manager
- Establish and manage program tracker
- Management of working groups and Steering Committees via minutes, chasing progress on actions and booking meetings. Also updating and maintaining Key Decision Register based on meeting minutes
- Update team distribution lists and team data sheets current (e.g. leave calendar)

**What do I need?
- Demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant or Project Coordinator within a large corporate environment.
- Strong demonstrated administration support experience
- Project/administration experience within the wealth management or banking/financial services space is desirable
- Knowledge of project methodologies/concepts is desirable
- Strong communication both verbal & written
- Experience with Microsoft Office products to an advanced level
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills & strong business acumen
- Highly organised with an attention to detail
- Able to work well under pressure and can multi-task
