**About the role**
The **PMO Analyst **is responsible for the preparation and coordination of incoming projects and for the analysis, reporting and coordination of PMO budgets. This is a hybrid role with split working from home and working from the North Sydney head office.
Additional responsibilities:

- Assist with end-to-end PMO request management and SOW to invoice process.
- Analyse project financials and report to senior PMO Leaders on a regular basis.
- Maintain and update the resource utilisation file to ensure efficient and appropriate workload distribution.
- Draft, request and confirm accounting journals for project financials.
- Assist with the coordination of the monthly Steering Committee reports, including following up with Project Managers and updating slides.
- Management of the PMO’s PPM tool and reporting BI Dashboards, ensuring data is accurate and reports are fit for purpose.
- Assist with the discovery, design and implementation of specific transformation initiatives that focuses on productivity efficiencies, automation and improved governance controls for the PMO.
- Support adherence to project governance, reporting and processes as per the PMO Framework.

**About you**
- 3-5 years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst or IT PMO Officer.
- Moderate proficiency in SAP and SAP Ariba.
- Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge in project management framework and governance.
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
