**System and Process Analyst**

**About the role**:
The System and Process Analyst is accountable for supporting the lights on operations and continuous improvement of Suncorp’s project and portfolio management tool (PPM) as well as the embedding of the tool across the delivery community to drive delivery excellence.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Support the Lights on operations and maintenance of Suncorp’s PPM tool.
- Administration tasks and data entry to enable the management of our T&T workforce in PPM.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of PPM and its associated practices to support effective delivery.
- Drive appropriate usage of PPM through:

- Providing level 1 & 2 support
- Working in collaboration with the operations and delivery teams to support any required capability uplifts.
- Drive PPM data governance across the group.
- Support the standardisation of processes in PPM to drive a consistent way of managing projects.

**About you**:

- 2+ years of experience working with a PMO
- 2+ years’ experience using Microsoft software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project)
- 2+ years’ experience using a PPM tool within a PMO desired.
- Experience in project management methodologies, e.g., waterfall, Agile
- Experience in operations in a large organisation (desirable)

**Key Capabilities**:

- Good knowledge of project management methodology, processes and tools.
- Experience of Agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- High level of commercial acumen.
- Experience in planning, co-ordinating and managing timeframes to achieve deliverables.
- Ability to effectively build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong ability to communicate with impact.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of flexibility with the ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and think proactively.
