**Classification**: HS4
**Salary per hour (exc. super)**: $42.34
**Hours per fortnight**: 76 hours, flexible working for home options considered

**Role Description**

This role is part of the Medical Workforce Unit and is responsible for all operational functions related to the employment, coordination and support of junior doctors, this includes recruitment, onboarding, rostering and medical workforce support to our clinical units. This position will be assigned a portfolio of clinical areas to oversee.

We are looking for a highly organized individual, with a flexible work ethic and high attention to detail. If you possess an exceptional sense of customer service as well as the ability to schedule and manage tight timeframes, you will be rewarded with variety in your role.

Please note, we are willing to train the 'right person' with appropriate transferable skills, so prior experience in medical workforce or the healthcare sector is not a mandatory requirement.
