Position Title: HMO Coordinator
Classification: HS4
Hours per fortnight: 60.8 to 76 hours, flexible working for home options considered
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time
**Role Description**

This role is part of the Medical Workforce Unit and is responsible for all operational functions related to the employment, coordination and support of junior doctors, this includes recruitment, onboarding, rostering and medical workforce support to our clinical units. This position will be assigned a portfolio of clinical areas to oversee with a focus on the Emergency Department.
We are looking for a highly organized individual, with a flexible work ethic and high attention to detail. If you possess an exceptional sense of customer service as well as the ability to schedule and manage tight timeframes, you will be rewarded with variety in your role.
This stimulating role would suit an experienced person who is solutions focused, commitment to quality, willingness to accept a challenge and enjoys working within a team that is dedicated to providing great service to their stakeholder group.
Please note, we are willing to train the 'right person' with appropriate transferable skills, so prior experience in medical workforce or the healthcare sector is not a mandatory requirement.
