B2B technology companies face significant challenges when attempting to enter and quickly grow revenues in international markets. After identifying these challenges back in 2008, DWCC was founded to offer a unique, trusted partnership to guide ambitious B2B technology companies through their international expansion, regardless of which stage they are at in their development.

As a Sales Development Representative, at DWCC you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and self-determining environment across various projects, supporting our customers to market and sell their B2B SaaS solutions to business leaders in some of the largest companies in the world

**What you will be doing**:

- Coordinate inside sales meetings and demos, working closely with the technical sales team.
- Engaging with potential clients and maintaining relationships
- Conduct market analysis for new and existing clients
- Build a strong understanding of industries such as; Cyber Security, Digital Transformation or Supply Chain
- Updating information in CRMs

**Job requirements**:

- You are fluent in English, additional languages such as Bahasa, Mandarin, Cantonese, are advantageous
- You bring transferable skills from Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service and/or Recruitment and Sales
- You feel comfortable approaching new customers and clients over the phone
- You are well organised, energetic and motivated, capable of driving yourself to your targets
