Are you passionate about ensuring quality standards & managing projects efficiently? We are seeking detail-oriented Quality & Project Coordinator to join our team

**Description**:
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with project teams on successful delivery of projects when required.
- Produce detailed project plans with information provided outlining necessary tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Identify potential risks, challenges, compliance requirements and assist with mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that milestones are met and stakeholders are informed of any changes.
- Collaborate with the technical teams to ensure that the solutions being developed align with business requirements.
- Ensure the successful deployment of solutions, and facilitate user training when required.
- Produce all project documentation as required.
- Post-project, monitor and analyse the implemented solutions to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Quality and Compliance
- Analyse operational data to extract insights, trends, and patterns.
- Provide actionable recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency.
- Review process documents and work with collaborators on compliance requirements
- Assist with ISO 9001, 27001, 45001, 14001, 31000 compliance
- Assist with issues rectification and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of processes between Operations and other departments.
- Document business requirements to ensure clarity and coherence.
- Ensure that the identified requirements align with business expectations and systems in focus.
- Process mapping of Business processes and automation.
- Assist with General administration task as required

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with change management
- Knowledge of ISO Standards compliance requirements
- Experience internal audits Printed Documents are Uncontrolled 2 of 3
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Technical skills
- Be able to work Independently and remotely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multi disciplinary collaborative team environment.
- Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
