- About the role- Looking for an exciting career? Thinking about insurance? Perhaps you should. As the world gets faster and more complex, managing risk is one of the biggest challenges we face.- As a Claims Support Officer in our Causality Claims division, you will help our customers to manage their claims and protect what they value most. You will do this by providing a high standard of administrative and claims management support to the Casualty Claims Team Leader and department.- In this varied and challenging role, you will manage tasks ranging from providing support services to claims assessors to dealing directly with our customers. You will build on your existing administrative and customer service skills, and we will provide you with excellent training to support you in learning about Zurich’s liability claims products, processes, and policies. As you learn and grow in the role you will have autonomy to organise and action your own daily workload.- Important to your success- As a highly organised person with a proven track record of providing an exceptionally high quality of service and support, you will enjoy being part of a professional and supportive Claims team. You will be able to utilise your fantastic written and verbal communication skills as well as use your detailed and proactive approach to problem solving.- HSC or equivalent
