**Who we're looking for**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant who will utilise their strong interpersonal and organisational skills in this fantastic Sydney based opportunity.
Working out of our Head Office, the successful individual will be providing full administrative support and assistance to the NSW Construction team, with priority to the Regional Directors. They will multi-task across various needs including diary management, all ad hoc document needs for the team, supporting logistics for internal and external meetings, handling team invoices and reimbursement, and coordinating closely with the Office team for meeting room preparation and catering.
As a key member of the NSW Construction team, the Personal Assistant will work closely with various stakeholders in a highly collaborative and dynamic office environment. It is a great opportunity to operate within the heartbeat of the business, and work hand in hand with many of its leaders.
This position will best suit someone who has the ability to think on their feet, make confident decisions, and be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment. Having a critical eye for detail is a must, along with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
**Key Skillset Required**:
- Cert III in Business Administration
- Experience in supporting multiple stakeholders, ideally senior leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint
- Excellent prioritisation skills and forward thinker
- Motivated to perform and deliver high quality work in a timely manner
