My clients Customer Service team is expanding and has gone through significant changes and challenges. A service once being offered in each state, has now been centralised at their head office in Sydney NSW.

Whilst the site operates primarily 24/5 days, our core customer service operating hours are between 7am - 6 pm (time depends on the state you manage).

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader

The job itself will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications with customers, example enquiries around;
- Purchase orders
- Out of stock items
- Pricing
- Promotions
- Logistics/delivery changes
- Payment receipts

Along with, whilst not limited to;
- Data entry of orders
- Supporting other areas of the business
- Maintenance of the customer database
- Any general account queries
- Filing

Our expectation is that all internal and external customer experiences are exceptional, delivered with the highest of quality, service and integrity.

**What we are looking for**
We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organised Customer Service Representative with;
- **_Sales order processing/customer care experience_**:

- **_FMCG experience an advantage _**(Training will be provided)
- **_Experience with ERP Systems_**:

- Microsoft - intermediate to advanced experience
- Understanding of how to process orders - EDI
- Willing to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- High integrity
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi task
- Build solid business relationships across all levels
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
- Relevant rights to work in Australia
