**About the team**:
Commercial is a large but close-knit group. We bring diversity of thought, backgrounds, and experience to every business unit at Coles Supermarkets, Liquor and Express. **About the role**:
In this permanent role and you will work closely with and report into the Head of Ocado Ranging as part of the broader team. You will look after the coordination and tracking of inputs across the agile sourcing team and will see you work across a varied stakeholder portfolio across the Coles Group. You will also:

- Support end to end program delivery through activity planning, monitoring, tracking and stakeholder management
- Establish ways of working between Ocado Agile Sourcing team and other cross functional teams (category teams, eCommerce) to ensure needs are met for online trading
- Support, manage and prepare varied presentations for key supplier engagements
- Facilitate workshops between cross functional teams to ensure alignment on next steps and manage the outputs post these sessions
- Take ownership to track and monitor key opportunities within the team

- Ability to work with teams cross functionally and at all levels
- Outstanding communication skills both written and oral with a strong customer service focus
- Proven attention to detail, be able to work autonomously, show initiative as well as working as core member of the team
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and continuously re-prioritise workflow in accordance with the changing needs of the function
- Results and service orientated
- Confident, assertive, and open to challenge
- Proactive and self-managed
- Previous presentation preparation and proficient use of Power Point and excel
