**About the team**:
Commercial is a large but close-knit group. We bring diversity of thought, backgrounds, and experience to every business unit at Coles Supermarkets, Liquor and Express. **About the role**:
In this permanent role and you will work closely with and report into to the Business Lead in Convenience as part of the wider convenience portfolio. You will look after the project coordination as well as marketing support from an administration perspective. This role will see you partner across a varied stakeholder portfolio. You will also:

- Support end to end program delivery through activity planning, monitoring, tracking and stakeholder management
- Manage the project plan which will include milestone tracking
- Create and distribute project updates and communication across the business
- Support delivery of the marketing plan through the maintenance of calendars, briefs and asset deployment

- Ability to work with teams cross functionally and at all levels
