**About the team**:

In support of this, the Meat Deli Seafood Business Unit is on a long-term transformation journey to become Australia’s best and most trusted Meat retailer. And a key pillar of this journey is the completion of the next phase in our transformation.

**About the role**:
In this 10-month fixed term opportunity you will work closely with and report into to the Program Manager Network Transformation as part of the wider Meat Business transformation team. You will ensure the project structure & governance through the life of the project to deliver required outcomes in line with project deliverables & schedule. This role will see you partner with varied stakeholder across the Coles business. You will:

- Support end to end program delivery through activity planning, monitoring, tracking and stakeholder management
- Manage the project plan which will include milestone tracking
- Create and distribute project updates and communication across the business
- Support the various workstreams with data driven analytics & insights

- Ability to work with teams cross functionally and at all levels
- Ability to perform tasks with limited supervision
- Outstanding communication skills both written and oral with a strong customer service focus

- Ability to manage time and continuously re-prioritise workflow in accordance with the changing needs of the function
- Ability to be flexible and pro-active approach to day-to-day tasks
- Results and service orientated
- Confident, assertive, and open to challenge and discussion
- Proactive and self-managed
- Knowledge of Agile methodology / operating model
