**Who are we?**

Wintringham is a not-for-profit organisation providing an extensive range of aged care, housing and related support services to people aged 50-plus who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness. We employ over 950 staff and operate from multiple offices across Melbourne, Hobart and regional Victoria. Our Head Office provides the strategic direction and support services for Wintringham’s residential, housing, community care and NDIS services.

**Your new role**

Wintringham provides housing support and packages of ongoing care and support, including assisting with housing related matters to frail, elderly people living independently in the Community. Program priority is given to older people who are homeless and/or are socially and financially disadvantaged.

Reporting to the Workforce Development Manager, you will provide administration and rostering support on a part time ongoing basis to the Workforce Development Manager as well as the rostering team.

**Hours of work**

**Week 1**:Minimum of 15.2 hours

**Week 2**: Minimum of 15.2 hours

**Your duties and responsibilities will also include (but are not limited to)**:

- Confirming services in GoldCare (rostering system) and assisting in end of month processing (billing preparation)
- Contacting and confirming services with clients in the community
- Allocating ad-hoc shifts to maintain service delivery
- Liaising with third party labour providers for service allocation
- SMS global management of contacts and ensuring safe arrival and departure to and from work
- Ad-hoc backfill of Rostering Coordination during periods of leave

**About you**

Your excellent communication, interpersonal skills, diplomacy and tact will be supported by high level computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook, and desirably:

- Knowledge of GoldCare system.
- Ability to liaise with all levels of management, staff and clients/residents.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Organisational ability and time management.
