**What you’ll do
- Support and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
- Adhere to, and enforce compliance with all legal obligations and requirements eg.enterprise agreements, Chain of Responsibility along with company policies and processes and DC Work Instructions
- Promote safety values and implement safety, health and environment policies and systems to embed safety into the culture and ways of working
- Lead business, operational and special event planning
- Manage and monitor operational KPI’s to ensure resource planning is within budget and meets volume forecasts
- Build a high performance team through clearly defined objectives, development plans, open and transparent communication Demonstrate our values and ways of working

**What you’ll bring

- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Experienced at leading and implementing change
- Knowledge of relevant OH&S and RTW legislation Extensive experience in FMCG, Distribution, retail, people management
