**About the Role**
The HSSE Operational Excellence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, conducting business analysis, and providing strategic planning support. They will also be involved in providing consulting services and collaborating with the operations team to ensure safe, reliable and compliant operations across the ATOM business.
Reporting to our Head of HSE, Governance & Risk, you will be work as part of Head Office team, you will be providing advice and support on HSSEQ systems and analysis of data. The role will support implementing HSSEQ & Operational systems and processes in accordance with ATOM’s risk, compliance and assurance requirements.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in bulk fuel terminals or similar industry
- Demonstrated experience in managing systems and process and achieving the balance between technical requirements and usability.
- Ability to collate and interpret data to provide meaningful insights.
- Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders positively and maintain working relationships.
- Willingness to learn new technical skills related to HSSE.
- Sound written and verbal skills.
