**About the position**

Fantastic opportunity to join our ‘small yet impactful’ People & Culture (P&C) team at Imaging Associates.

As an experienced and driven P&C Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our business and ensuring the employee experience is second to none

With a passion for finding the right talent and shaping a positive work culture, you will be pivotal in attracting, selecting and onboarding talent to our business. You will also drive a range of P&C initiatives to strengthen the overall engagement and performance of our workforce.

Please note: This is a fixed term contract opportunity until end July 2025 (Parental Leave) and those seeking part-time or flexible arrangements are encouraged to apply.

**Key responsibilities**

With a collaborative style and positive mindset, you thrive on providing a responsive and quality driven approach to your work. Reporting to an experienced and supportive P&C Manager, you will:

- Manage talent acquisition activities through the development of effective recruitment strategies and deliver those through sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting applicants.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding experiences for new hires/employees across the business.
- Be the first point of contact for queries and provide generalist advice to managers and employees regarding IA policies and procedures.
- Support the P&C Manager to deliver cyclical activities such as annual Remuneration Review, Performance Review & Development Planning and Employee Engagement Surveys.
- Contribute to the development of and review of policies, resources and documents associated with the P&C team, and ensure their continued accuracy, quality and accessibility.
- Prepare P&C dashboards, reports and data insights to support and enable evidence informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities for improving P&C processes and systems, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.

Beyond this, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various projects and initiatives as we shape and evolve the People & Culture frameworks, systems and processes to support the business’ culture and growth strategy.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a people-oriented person with the ability to form trusted working relationships with employees across all levels in the business. Self-managing and accountable, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with ease with your stakeholders. You will have an agile mindset, be commercially focused, pragmatic and able to produce timely outcomes for our internal clients. Ideally, you will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management and/or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a People & Culture Advisor role (minimum 2+ years), ideally within a fast-paced, growing business across multiple sites.
- Practical working knowledge of Australian employment law (including Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and Modern Awards).
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with proven ability to identify and implement solutions to business and customer challenges.
- Proven ability to work well within and contribute to a team, as well as, autonomously.
- Proactive approach to developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Tech savvy mindset, willing to look at ways of introducing technology to improve processes.
