**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to service requests and incidents based on priority and guidance from the Bridge Manager and Customer Relationship Officer.
- Conduct daily health checks to identify and resolve potential incidents proactively.
- Utilize designated systems and processes to capture and report tasks as per defined protocols.

**Requirements**:

- AGSVA NV2 clearance is mandatory. NV1 clearance will be required before entering the workplace.
- ITIL certification at a minimum.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a small team in a dynamic environment.
- Energetic, positive attitude, and self-motivation.
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly acquire new skills.
- Flexibility to work outside of core business hours occasionally.
- Own means of transportation to the Base in ACT.
- Significant travel to QLD & NT may be required.
