**Business Analyst | Melbourne, VIC**

As a Business Analyst in our VIC Workers Compensation division you will assist the Systems Support Coordinator and the Senior Business Analysts on a range of different projects and deliverables.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Supporting our internal customers with systems access and technical support
- Developing reporting to assist in business decision making and support strategy
- Performing analysis to enhance processes, including reporting on claims and premium performance
- Creating reports and data visualisations
- Actively contributing to initiatives that improve performance
- Demonstrating excellence in stakeholder management and engagement

**Important to your success**:
- Strong customer service focus- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, and extracting insights- Technical skills including Excel and programming languages such as SQL, WebFocus or SAS- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Degree qualified in mathematics, IT, Business or related discipline- Experience in dashboard and KPI report development using data visualisation tools e.g. Microstrategy, PowerBI, Tableau would be ideal- An understanding of the Victorian Workers Compensation scheme and WorkSafe systems is desirable
