As a **Floor & Front of House Staff**, you will work closely with the Cafe Manager and play a vital role in ensuring our guests are always at the forefront of our thinking and actions.

You will be required to work 25+ hours per week, during breakfast and lunch hours.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Floor & Front of House Staff, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive customer interactions by collaborating with and inspiring team members and utilizing engagement and upselling techniques. Working closely with our Head Barista and Head Chef, you will ensure smooth operations by providing information on daily specials and single origins. Your responsibility will extend to overseeing floor sections, maximizing speed, and efficiency, and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you will assist in ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and customers. Finally, you will strive to meet or exceed the goals and objectives set by our Cafe Manager, contributing to the overall success of our cafe.

**Requirements**:

- While prior experience is not essential, we value a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle quick decision-making in a pressurized environment.
- Strong communication skills and a warm and inviting demeanour.
- Passion for P&R’s vision, objectives, services, and products.
