This is a Finance Administrator position within an Australian Owned FMCG organisation. Reporting to the Finance Controller you will be part of the Finance and Business Support function of the organisation providing financial, administrative and clerical services to its operation.

Primarily responsible for posting and monitoring incoming payments and verifying and posting receipts.

**You will also be required to assist with**:

- Processing payments
- Collections
- Reconciliation and Reporting
- Accounts Receivable / Payable
- Administration Support and Customer Service

**You will need**:

- Assistant Accounting experience.
- Knowledge of office administration and general book keeping processes.
- Data entry skills with a solid understanding of numbers.
- 2 - 3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience.
- Experience using an ERP system. MYOB Exo Business an advantage.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrive in a high volume, FMCG industry environment
- Accuracy - There is a constant need for all data to be robust, thorough, on time and most importantly accurate.
