**About the role**:
The role will ensure that any Salesforce CRM requirements to improve the Student Experience as detailed in the Digital Strategy will be analysed and implemented.

This role also needs to support the delivery of TAFE Sector wide Salesforce CRM initiatives that are led by Office of TAFE Coordination & Delivery (OTCD).

**Duties**:

- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key ICT and other MP departmental stakeholders, constantly promoting the use of Enterprise Applications and the use of Salesforce CRM
- Analyse the client requirements, and identify, evaluate, provide timeframes and recommend options for addressing those requirements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining Systems Architecture for Salesforce CRM incorporating all, business services and processes
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, workflows and groups
- User Management - New user setup, provisioning the correct level of access and user deactivation
- Taking backup of Salesforce data and restoring data from the backup as needed or running weekly snapshot of system data & attachments

**Skills and experience required**:
**Mandatory**
- A current Police Check
- Salesforce Admin 201 certification is essential and Service cloud experience.
- Experience working on Salesforce lightning (as opposed to visual force).
- Experience in building the standard reports as dashboards using the OOTB functionality.

**Desirable**
- Relevant Degree, and Salesforce software experience, or extensive management experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant management experience and / or education or training. Principal specialist in a recognised discipline or specialist area.
- Provides authoritative advice. Decisions taken at this level may have a substantial effect on the directorate and/or business unit programs and projects.
- Responsible for Technical development and implementation.
- Provide strategic support and advice for departments.
- Minimum of 5-years’ experience in a Salesforce CRM Administration/support/configuration role (Salesforce certification and/or relevant experience and training will be highly regarded).
- Demonstrated experience of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
