We are expanding our range of healthcare equipment and we require an experienced customer service/accounts administration to join our team.

The Role


Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of accounts administration duties with a customer service focus.


These responsibilities include:

  • Handling purchase orders and invoicing on Reckon/QuickBooks
  • Overseas supplier's communication import/export
  • A/R and A/P activities
  • CRM entries
  • Full time permanent position M-F 95
Skills & Experience desired- Enthusiasm and attention to detail

  • Positive friendly attitude
  • Passion for customer service
  • Qualification in business administration/accounting
  • Experience in Reckon/QuickBooks
  • Import/Export process experience an advantage
  • Account Keeping
  • Administration
  • CRM systems experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel Spreadsheet
