About the role
Reporting to the Fundraising Manager you will be providing essential support to the Fundraising and Resources program.


You would be joining a passionate team of fundraising professionals to help grow VACCA's Chairty arm and resources, engage members of the public with VACCA's brand and ensure our supporters feel valued and appreciated.


About You

  • Experience using the Microsoft 360 Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the use of a CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Efficient organisational skills with attention to detail, able to prioritise, meet deadlines and provide general administrative support
  • Continual improvement of fundraising administration processes and procedures
  • Able to work well and participate positively in a team
  • Understanding of, and commitment to, the values that underpin VACCA's vision and purpose
  • Awareness and appreciation of Aboriginal societies and cultures, and commitment to continually build knowledge of such, along with an awareness of the issues which impact upon Aboriginal communities
  • Previous experience working or volunteering in an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation would be highly regarded
