**Facilities Maintenance Officer *2 positions**

**Permanent - Full time 40 hours**
**Salary: Band 3 - $62,393.88 - $66,444.21 + 11% superannuation**
**Role includes an RDO**

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Officer to provide a high quality and responsive general maintenance service to council owned facilitates, buildings and assets within the municipality of Hobsons Bay.

**What you’ll be working on**
- Carry out minor repairs, maintenance and modification work which does not require a licensed tradesperson on council owned facilitates, buildings and assets.
- Liaise between staff, tradespeople and statutory authorities when requested.
- Other duties as directed up to and consistent with skills and the level of responsibility of the position.

**What you need to succeed**
- Trade certificate/ Licence or equivalent experience.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- A current Victorian Driver’s License is essential.
