**About the Role**:
The Facilities Services Manager, reporting to the Manager - Facilities Management Office will work closely with the wider Infrastructure and Capital team to support all facilities services and activities across SSCT Venues. The role involves working closely with the Venues & Operations team to develop and deliver stakeholder expectations. The Facilities Services Manager will oversee major maintenance areas and associated contractors whilst also providing coordination of the associated works in accordance with the requirements of the venues, bookings and ongoing user groups.

**Skills & Knowledge required**:

- Experience and demonstrated success in a Facilities Management role managing a diverse array of contractors and teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Risk Management and OH&S experience
- Experience in the development of policies and procedures
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship development skills
- Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and able to manage and priorities competing demands
- Experience in the provision of a quality customer service program
- Desirable but not required: relevant Tertiary qualification or Trade qualification
